CHEF PAUL THOMPSON
Chef Paul Thompson joined our team in early 2021 bringing with him years of executive chef experience and a team of talented cooks loyal to his leadership and committed to executing his culinary vision.
His menu showcases California creativity rooted in classical technique. In addition to building strong relationships with his culinary team, Chef Paul also seeks out cooperative partnerships with local producers and vendors. As such, he has access to the finest seasonal ingredients afforded in this bountiful land.
An avid fisherman devoted to his family, when Chef Paul is not at Reds', he can be found fishing with his brother at remote secret locations in the Northern California wilderness or preparing food for the people he loves.
